Delivery Policy 

All purchases on the website will carry a delivery charge of £2.80. For orders above the value of £30 delivery will be free of charge. Our delivery charge includes packaging, handling and delivery insurance, in addition to postal costs, which we pay to Royal Mail on your behalf. Prescription orders are delivered free of charge.  

Orders placed before 10:00am will usually be dispatched same day, and will be with you in two working days if it is a standard order. Large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer depending upon the individual item. 

All orders containing medicines will be sent via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon delivery. Items can be delivered to an alternative address if required when the transaction is made. 

If you wish for a dispatched item to be re-sent to another address, a charge may be incurred. 

Next Day Delivery 

For an extra £2.00 we can guarantee your product will arrive on the next working day (Monday-Friday). This is an option that you will be able to select at the checkout online. Goods will arrive by 1.00pm the day after they are dispatched. For them to be dispatched same day orders should be placed by 1.00pm. A signature will be required on delivery. Again this is subject to the item being available and in stock. 

We currently only deliver to the UK. Check back in the future for international deliveries. 

Under UK law we are only able to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK.
