Alka-Seltzer Xs gives fast and effective relief of headache with an upset stomach. It can also be used to relieve migraine, period pains, toothache, sore throats, joint swelling and stiffness, neuralgia, lower back pain, sciatica, rheumatic and muscular aches and pains, muscle tenderness and stiffness, sprains, strains and symptoms of cold and flu such as feverishness.

Dosage
Dosage: Over 12 years: 2 tablets dissolved in water every 4 hours as required. Maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours. Under 12 years: not recommended except on medical advice.
